Michigan Jobless Rate Dips Slightly

Michigan's unemployment rate dropped slightly in September, to 9.3 percent. That's a full point lower than it was a year ago, and the first decline in six months. But it's still higher than the national average. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked Bruce Weaver of the state labor information bureau whether Michigan's economy is truly recovering, given the high jobless rate.
