Charter Panel Chair Says Prop-C Ads Are Legal

Voters in Detroit will decide whether to adopt a new charter next Tuesday. The Charter Revision Commission is trying to explain to people how Proposal C will change city government. Commission member Reggie Davis…has accused the head of the panel of running illegal ads in favor of the proposal.
