Every 20 seconds, someone attacks the state’s computer network, probing for information about the inner workings of Michigan government and the residents it serves. Michigan actually does a pretty good job of fighting off hackers, but it’s not easy or cheap. Jeffrey Ingalsbe is the Chair of the University of Detroit-Mercy’s Center for Cyber Security and Intelligence Studies. WDET’s Pat Batcheller asked him what kind of information is at risk.
