Budget Tops List of Stories in '11

The city of Detroit avoided a financial takeover by the state in 2011, but can it hold off an emergency financial manager in the new year? It’s probably fair to say that was--and is--the top story in the city as 2012 approaches. WDET's Pat Batcheller talked about the budget crisis and some of 2011’s other big news with Simone Landon.
