New-look Historical Museum Opens Friday

The newly-renovated Detroit Historical Museum opens at 9:30 Friday morning, and there's a lot of new stuff to see--and do. Spokesman Bob Sadler says every inch of the museum is different in some way, with new exhibits devoted to the Arsenal of Democracy and the Underground Railroad. Kid Rock donated money for an interactive music exhibit, and some of the city's most famous celebrities will be enshrined as legends. Sadler discussed the changes with WDET's Pat Batcheller.
