Federal prosecutors have finished presenting their evidence in the corruption trial of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, his father, and contractor Bobby Ferguson. Now, it’s the defense’s turn, but what will their attorneys do? Wayne State law professor Peter Henning tells WDET’s Pat Batcheller…that defense lawyers don’t have to call any witnesses, and that could send the case to the jury soon.
