Hamtramck Faces Financial Emergency

Hamtramck may become the next Metro Detroit community to have an emergency financial manager. If that happens, it would be the second time the state has taken over the city in the past decade. The city was under state control from 2000 to 2007. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked Hamtramck Mayor Karen Majewski how the city ended up back in this situation.
