Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel says he wants to help local businesses stay and grow. The new “Home in Macomb” Business Retention Program will focus on companies with at least nine employees and annual revenue of at least a million dollars, which Hackel says have the greatest potential to create new, good-paying, high-tech jobs.
