Gatt Becomes New Novi Mayor

The city of Novi has a new mayor. WDET’s Martina Guzman has the story.

Bob Gatt is Novi's new mayor for a two-year term. Gatt captured 62 percent of votes in Tuesday’s election -- beating Justin Fischer. Both candidates were vying for David Landry's seat, whose term ended this year. Gatt currently works as the Chief of Field Operations for Oakland County Community Corrections. Before that he served as a Novi Police Officer for 27 years.
