Warren Mayor Jim Fouts isn’t shy about expressing his opinions on most topics, including the state’s new right-to-work laws that take effect this spring. Fouts hired a union print shop to produce bumper stickers saying “Right To Work Means Lower Wages and Benefits”. The mayor says he paid for the stickers with his own money--not taxpayer dollars.
