Photo of Rembrandt's "The Supper at Emmaus" by Pat Batcheller
The Detroit Institute of Arts brings "Rembrandt and the Face of Jesus" to the museum starting Sunday, November 20th. The exhibition features many of the Dutch master's paintings and etchings of Jesus, including "The Supper at Emmaus", on loan from the Louvre in Paris. WDET's Pat Batcheller spoke with George Keyes, the former chief curator of the DIA. He started the campaign to bring this unique exhibit to Detroit.
