New State Web Site Could Reduce Long Waits

Most Michigan residents still visit the Secretary of State whenever they have business to conduct such as renewing a driver’s license. Many have to wait an hour or more…mainly because of staff cuts at branch offices. Secretary Ruth Johnson says a new web site…Express-S-O-S-dot-com…should alleviate those long waits…and make it easier to do business with the state.
