Former DMC CEO Mike Duggan formally announced his bid for city Mayor at an event on Detroit's east side. WDET's Quinn Klinefelter attended the rally and spoke with WDET Morning Edition host Pat Batcheller about the event and what the campaign hopes to accomplish.
