One might say that a power struggle is brewing within the Michigan Democratic Party. Long-time chairman Mark Brewer is up for re-election, but is facing a serious challenge. The state's entire Democratic Congressional delegation is endorsing Lon Johnson for the job. Johnson ran for a legislative seat in November and lost. His wife was a top aide to President Obama's re-election campaign. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked Michigan Public Radio's Rick Pluta who wants Brewer out and why.
