Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney got a big boost in the polls after his first debate with President Obama. The second debate happens Tuesday night at Hofstra University, where uncommitted voters will ask questions directly to the candidates. WDET’s Pat Batcheller asked Craig Ruff of Public Sector Consultants in Lansing what the president needs to do in the second debate, and what he needs to avoid.
