The Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled that the jailing of Matty Moroun on contempt charges was legal.
Wayne County Judge Prentice Edwards jailed the owner of the Ambassador Bridge…as well as associate Dan Stamper on January 12th.
Moroun and Stamper have been freed while their appeal was heard.
