Chrysler, UAW Reach Deal

The United Auto Workers says it has reached a tentative agreement on a new four-year contract with Chrysler. The union says the deal would add about 21-hundred jobs and generate $4.5B in new investment in Chrysler plants. A formal announcement of the details is expected later Wednesday. Workers must still ratify the agreement. The UAW already has a contract with General Motors, while members are voting on a new deal with Ford.
