A judge recently ruled that Wayne County can cut health care benefits for retirees. Three years ago, the county raised prescription co-pays and deductibles. Some retirees sued the county…to get back some of the money they’ve paid…and to hold the county to the promises it made to them. WDET’s Pat Batcheller talked about the ruling with Bruce Miller, an attorney for the plaintiffs. Click on the audio link above to hear the conversation.
