Detroit Mayor Dave Bing says a new bridge to Canada could bring badly-needed jobs to the city, even though it’s estimated that it could take several years to open the bridge. That’s assuming it survives a host of lawsuits. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked Canada's Ambassador to the United States, Gary Doer, how firm Canada's commitment to paying for the bridge is.
