In a landmark ruling today, the United States Supreme Court upheld most of the provisions of the Affordable Care Act. The healthcare reform measure was challenged by lawmakers as being unconstitutional. Wayne State Distinguished Professor of Law Robert Sedler spoke with WDET’s Craig Fahle about today’s decision.
