State of City: Rep. Tlaib Likes Vacant Lot Purchase Idea

Among those watching and listening to Mayor Dave Bing's State of the City address Wednesday night was State Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D). Her district includes much of southwest Detroit. The mayor proposed a plan to allow property owners in southwest neighborhoods to purchase adjacent vacant lots for $200. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked Rep.
