Up, Up, and Away! Balloons Float Into Howell

The 28th Michigan Challenge Balloonfest comes to Howell on Friday, with more than 40 balloonists ready to hover in the sky. The event draws up to 120-thousand people to downtown Howell every year. Michelle Tokan is the director of the Michigan Challenge. She tells WDET's Pat Batcheller that it's more than just a festival...it's a competition for the pilots.
