The Old Farmer’s Almanac hit America’s newsstands and bookstores last week. It’s the 220th edition of the Almanac, making it the oldest continuously published periodical in the United States. The almanac is known as much for its long-range weather forecasts as it is for its gardening and farming tips. Sarah Perrault is the almanac’s senior associate editor. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked her what kind of winter we can expect here in Metro Detroit. They also talked about how technology has shaped the publication.
