There’s no actual incumbent running in Michigan’s 13th Congressional district during the August 7th primary. The legislature re-drew congressional boundaries after the last census and the new 13th now stretches from Detroit to Romulus. Long-time Congressman John Conyers is running in that district, but so is veteran state lawmaker Glenn Anderson. And Anderson tells WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter in the new 13th district the race is wide-open…
