Top Obama Advisor Says Michigan Needs More Than Debt Deal

Congress has reached a deal to raise the federal debt ceiling. But some in Michigan are concerned about what’s not in the deal – extensions of special federal unemployment benefits and a cut in the Social Security payroll tax.
