Leading up to the primary election on August 7th, WDET is interviewing all candidates who accepted our invitation to introduce themselves and their platform.
Randy Heckman is a recently retired pastor from Grand Rapids running for U-S Senate against fellow republicans Pete Hoekstra and Clark Durant in the upcoming primary. The winner will run against incumbent Debbie Stabenow.
WDET’s Travis Wright asked Heckman to introduce himself, and how he plans to improve and support Michigan and Detroit.
