September 11, 2013

A power outage hit several institutions in Detroit’s downtown and midtown areas today – including the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice and Wayne State University. The spokesperson for the emergency manager – Bill Nowling – tells WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter the power outages were planned, selective and precautionary.
