Penske Drivers Tout New Belle Isle Track

Organizers of the Detroit Grand Prix are touting the new track layout on Belle Isle – with an additional long straightaway – after last year’s race was marred by delays from portions of the pavement breaking-up. The event’s promoter – legendary racing team owner Roger Penske – has invested money and his reputation into making the twisty Belle Isle course a showcase for the Motor City.
