Obama To Attend Metro Detroit Campaign Events

President Obama travels to Metro Detroit this week for a pair of fundraising events. Mr. Obama will attend an invitation-only campaign event at the home of businesswoman Denise Illitch. A $40,000 ticket buys access to a cocktail reception, dinner and a formal photo with the President. Dinner and a more casual photograph cost $10,000. The President will also visit the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn – where $5,000 will buy a seat at a dinner with Mr. Obama and a photo. The museum previously served as a launching pad for likely Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney – who announced his first bid for the White House there in 2007.
