Comics Event Teaches Youth Literacy

A celebration of comics, as an artful way to help children learn to read, is taking place this weekend in Chelsea. WDET’s Rob St. Mary spoke recently to Edith Burney – a librarian at the Chelsea District Library and one of the board members of the “Kids Read Comics” program.
