The U-S Justice Department has suffered a blow from a federal judge in Detroit today (Tues.) The judge acquitted seven members of a Michigan militia on trial for allegedly plotting to violently overthrow the government. The judge ruled the government failed to prove the group was bent on committing domestic terrorism.
