Feds, State Police To Help Cut Detroit Violent Crime

Federal agents and Michigan State troopers will begin helping Detroit police patrol in the cash-strapped city. With budget cut backs trimming the ranks of the Detroit police force city officials have been looking for help to reduce one of the highest homicide rates in the nation. The latest initiative is called Detroit One.
