Energy Scertary Touts Job Creation, Army Cooperation In Metro Detroit

U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu toured the A123 advanced battery plant in Romulus Monday to tout the company hiring it’s 1,000th worker. Chu says those jobs came in part because of roughly $250 million of federal stimulus funding provided by the Obama Administration. But WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter asked the Secretary if the current budget battles in Washington could limit such funding in the future…
