Detroit Reaches Tentative Union Agreement

Detroit Mayor Dave Bing tweeted today that the city has reached a tentative agreement with unions representing city workers. The Mayor has said he needs such an agreement to help fill the city’s budget deficit and possibly head off the appointment of an emergency manager over Detroit’s finances.
