This week a settlement was reached in a lawsuit involving disabled fliers, Northwest Airlines and the Wayne County Airport Authority. Attorney and former chair of the Wayne State Board of Governors Richard Bernstein represented the plaintiffs in the case. He says the improvements officials at Detroit Metro airport have agreed to make will be felt across the country.
