The sixth International Conference on Health Issues in Arab Communities is underway in Dearborn. Roughly 300 participants from around the world have gathered to discuss issues concerning Arab health. One of the conference presenters is Dr. Rosina Hassoun is a professor at Michigan State University. She’s pushing health advocates and experts to add specific questions to health surveys that are more culturally appropriate.
