The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan is joining with some organized labor groups in a lawsuit challenging the state’s so-called Right-to-Work law. The recent law prohibits unions from requiring workers to become members or pay dues. But the ACLU argues the legislature violated Michigan’s Open Meetings Act when it enacted the measure. WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter talked about it with the executive director of the ACLU of Michigan – Kary Moss.
