Metro Detroit Property Values Bouncing Back

Modest growth in property values is just around the corner here in Metro Detroit. That is, if the Southeast Michigan Council of Government’s forecast is accurate. SEMCOG is expecting the region’s state equalized values to grow by five percent next year, with taxable values going up less than two percent.
