Law In The D: New WSU Program Offers Hands-On Work

Wayne State University and the American Civil Liberties Union have opened a new civil rights clinic in Detroit. It’ll give students some hands-on experience handling cases dealing with issues such as voting rights, immigration, juvenile justice, women’s rights, and free speech. David Moss is the director of clinical education at Wayne Law. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked him how this project came together. Click on the audio link above to hear the conversation.
