Several members of Detroit City Council traveled to Lansing Tuesday to attend a special hearing. Council is appealing the Governor’s claim that an emergency financial manager is needed in Detroit.
Representatives for the state and the city each argued their case for 20 minutes, then had a 10 minute rebuttal.
