Snyder Discusses Detroit Financial Emergency

Governor rick Snyder says he's at least a week away from deciding whether to appoint an Emergency Financial Manager for Detroit. Snyder briefed reporters in Detroit Thursday afternoon on the city's $327 million budget deficit, as well as billions of dollars in long-term debt. WDET's Quinn Klinefelter attended the briefing. He spoke with WDET's Jerome Vaughn.
