VW Union Vote Is Unique

Voting begins Wednesday at the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga, Tennesee, where employees will decide whether to join the United Auto Workers. It could become the South’s first unionized transplant auto factory. Marick Masters is a professor of business at Wayne State University and director of Labor at Wayne.
